ACS는 PCIE 장치간 통신에서 Peer to peer로 통신되는 것을 강제로 Root complex을 통해서 통신되게 합니다.
ACS를 비활성화하면 Root complex로 통신하지 않고, PCIE Endpoint에서 PCIE Endpoint로 직접 데이터를 전송할 수 있습니다.
RDMA나 P2P 통신시에 해당 옵션이 활성화 되어 있으면, 기기간 통신에 문제를 일으킵니다.
